Not slavery of the body. Slavery of the mind.
Churches condition people into low self-esteem:
• Obedience = you’re “good,” “saved,” or “worthy.”
• Doubt = your sin.
• Leaders = unquestionable.
This isn’t freedom. It’s slavery with a halo.
The deepest chain?
“Jesus had to die for your sins.”
1. You’re told you’re so broken that someone’s blood had to be spilled for you.
2. Your identity is built on guilt and shame.
3. Your only escape is “salvation” through the same system that enslaves you.
That’s how slavery works:
1. Break the person down.
2. Convince them they deserve it.
3. Make them believe they can’t live without their master.
This is why spiritual abuse is still legal. The law doesn’t see chains on your wrists. But the chains on your soul are real.
Christianity isn’t freedom. It’s spiritual slavery disguised as salvation.
