What if Pain Had a Purpose?”

“If G-d seems distant, maybe you’re looking In the wrong direction”

Ever feel like life’s struggles have no point?

Here’s the truth: (most people miss this)

A positive relationship with God = seeing meaning everywhere. Think of life as a movie  —without a plot, every challenge is random, exhausting, pointless.

With spirituality, your struggles become scenes that lead to growth.  Why does this matter? Because pain without purpose feels endless. Pain with meaning feels temporary and transformative.

When you see purpose, you feel hope—not depression.

This is your secret to confidently setting boundaries and feeling more alive:

1. Pause when overwhelmed.

(It’s not failure; it’s listening to yourself.)

2. Trust that struggles shape you, not break you.

(Every challenge = growth opportunity.)

3. Realize God isn’t distant; it’s your daily guide to finding meaning in chaos.

When you’re overwhelmed, choose the healthy expressions of fight, flight, freeze, and fawn (people pleasing).

Like assertiveness, wisely stepping back, taking time to reflect, or genuine empathy.

Rather than the fallen sparks of these responses such as aggression, avoidance, shutting down, or people-pleasing.

Suffering stops being suffering the moment it becomes a conversation.
