Feeling stressed or disconnected?

It might be because you’re forgetting you’re already connected to your power source.

Next time setting a boundary feels hard, say this to yourself:

1. “I’m not pushing away—I’m making my connection clear.”

Try this simple sentence to set boundaries without hurting your relationships:

2. “I care a lot about our relationship. This boundary helps me be my best.”

Remember this:

Setting clear boundaries doesn’t break your connection—it makes your connection stronger by helping you be your true self.
