Just ask yourself: “Am I alone right now?”

That’s it.

Most stress fades when you remember: 

G-d is always right here. 

No complicated meditation.  No long prayers.

Just something simple: “Hey, G-d’s with me right now.”

Keep it simple.  Why does this trick work?

Because deep down, every person has a relationship with G-d—an inner ability to feel awe towards G-d.

The more awe you feel, the more confidence you experience.
