We believe in unconditional love from the Creator.

“You believe in unconditional love. but your inner voice says ” I love you when…” change it to “I love who you are”

But we quietly speak to ourselves like this:

“I love you when you succeed.”

“I love you when you’re disciplined.”

“I love you when you’re calm.”

But when we’re anxious?

Ashamed?

Jealous?

Overwhelmed?

The tone changes. So how do you build unconditional love? You practice it. You literally say to yourself:

“I love who you are.”

Not:

“I love who you are when you improve.”

Not:

“I love who you are when you get it right.”

Just:

“I love who you are.”

At first it might feel fake. That’s okay. Trauma trained your nervous system to believe love is earned. So you retrain it.

When you mess up:

“I love who you are.”

When you feel embarrassed:

“I love who you are.”

When you feel spiritually distant:

“I love who you are.”

This doesn’t mean you stop growing. It means you stop abandoning yourself while you grow. Unconditional love is not passive. It’s stable. And when your body starts to feel that stability from you, it becomes easier to believe the Creator feels that way too.

Love stops being a concept. It becomes a lived relationship. And that changes everything.
