When you have zero faith

, start with one question:

“Am I still loved?”

If you answer no, you build your life on randomness.

“There is no deeper goodness here.”

If you answer yes, faith begins.

“Even if I do not understand what is happening yet.”

Faith is not pretending life is easy. It is not pretending suffering feels good.

It is choosing not to build your whole reality on abandonment. And that choice changes how you live. And that “yes” makes you more willing to practice compassion and boundaries.

Then express appreciation for what you still have. Appreciation deepens into awe. Awe is sadness, fear, and wonder together.

1. Sadness, because you feel the distance.

2. Fear, because your choices matter.

3. Wonder, because life is full of more depth than your ego can hold.

And awe is how relationship with The Creator begins.

With humans, relationship begins with curiosity. With The Infinite, it begins with awe.
