Truth. Vulnerability. Honesty.

Choosing G-d from within your limitation reveals His Essence far more than calm, effortless humility.

4. It redeems fallen sparks from the lowest places.

Pure humility lives in the light.

Shame-transformed humility enters:

• pain

• confusion

• nervous system pressure

• concealment

and turns them into relationship.

More sparks redeemed = more revelation.
