The World Isn’t Just Made by G-d

—It Actually IS G-d.

Ever feel disconnected from your spirituality? I sometimes struggle to speak my mind without fearing I’d push people away. It feels exhausting—like my true self is hidden behind a wall.

Here’s something wild (but true):

We usually think G-d is a powerful creator who made the universe and left it running.

But the deeper truth is different:

G-d didn’t just create the world. He continuously IS the world.

Think of sunlight:

Inside the sun, sunlight isn’t separate—it’s part of the sun itself. Only once it leaves the sun does it seem independent. In the same way, we’re always “inside” G-d. He is continuously creating everything—including you, right now.

The reason we feel separate? It’s like a screen hiding our source.

But here’s the twist:

Even the screen is G-d, too.

Why does this matter for you, personally? Because when you see the world—and yourself—as deeply connected to G-d, you naturally start feeling more secure. Boundaries become easier because you no longer fear losing connection. You realize connection isn’t something you earn—it’s something already here.

Two simple ways to apply this idea:

1. When overwhelmed, pause and remind yourself: “I’m always inside G-d’s presence.”

2. Before setting boundaries, remember: “My boundaries don’t break connection—they clarify it.”

You’re never truly separate. You’re always deeply connected.

That’s not just comforting—it’s life-changing.
