, nothing is missing.
“The Creator is beyond needing anything, but he chose to make His revealed presence in this world depend on us. “
He is infinite, complete, beyond change, beyond need. But from our side, His presence in this world can be revealed or hidden.
It can be shown clearly. Or it can be distorted by selfishness, cruelty, ego, and confusion. That is why our actions matter so much.
A commandment does not improve the Creator.
A commandment gives the Creator’s goodness a way to enter ordinary life.
But the intention matters. The core intention is simple: The Creator is good. A commandment is how we live in a way that matches that truth. And the cleaner the intention is, the farther that goodness can travel.
It turns holiness into something practical, in how we speak, spend money, eat, work, forgive, and set boundaries. Over time, this does not only shape the action. It shapes the inner world of the person doing it.
A holy person does not become equal to the Creator. But a holy person can live in a way that makes the Creator’s holiness easier to notice.
That is the dignity of being human.
We do not add to the Infinite.
We reveal the Infinite here.
