I used to think having a close spiritual connection needed special things:
1. Specific prayers
2. beautiful traditions
3. Nice decorations
But something always felt missing.
Then I thought:
What if the best way to connect with G-d is already inside you—nothing extra needed?
Think about this:
When you’re stressed out, adding more stuff usually doesn’t help, right? Connecting spiritually works the same way.
Real connection is just like talking to a good friend—
1. No middle person
2. No special stuff
3. Just simple, true words from your mind.
Kabbalah teaches this clearly:
At Mount Sinai, G-d spoke directly to a whole group of people. And He kindly said: “Don’t make images or statues of Me.”
Why?
Because your heart/minds true words and real feelings are enough. Without pictures or statues to limit you,
you can feel more awe/yearning and closer to G-d— a direct connection with no limits. A deeper relationship.
Here’s a simple step to try today:
1. When you’re feeling stressed, stop.
2. Talk openly and simply to G-d.
No hard rules. Just honest communication. When you keep things simple, you find something true:
Real connection grows best from clear, simple honesty—not from being complicated.

Update: When an individual trusts the Creator is good, awe [wonder, humility and fear], which is felt after noticing patterns of infinite wisdom, causes love to be felt and that love includes sadness because His goodness can always be more revealed and joy.
