Marriage is not just a relationship in this world. It is a bond between souls.
But only relationships built according to Torah form a lasting soul connection. If a relationship is outside that structure, it can exist in life, but it does not continue after death.
That’s why our sages say:
Some relationships end through death. Some continue.
In the world of souls, you’re a consciousness and feel emotions, but no physical suffering, no physical pleasure,
A soul moves through the spiritual worlds through thought and longs to understand the Creator more deeply. But there is a limit. Whatever you learned about the Creator in this life is what you will recognize in the next.
This life is where awareness is built.
Explore the NextSelf Blog. Start with this post explaining the world of souls. And my Youtube. Content is published to this facebook first and a few days later, to the blog.
The blog lists all the difference patterns to study, understanding patterns is how one can develop 'Daas' [felt knowing].
Update: As awe, trust, and love deepen, they can allow greater openness and intimacy with the Creator. That intimacy can include sadness when you notice how much more of His goodness can be revealed.
