Here’s what I learned:
When you believe in oneness—that everything and everyone is deeply connected—your entire relationship with life changes.
Why It Matters:
When the universe feels like a friend, not a stranger:
You feel less depression—because you’re no longer walking alone.
You live with more awe—every sunset, every kindness feels like a gift.
You feel good more often—because you stop fighting reality.
You heal faster from pain—because you can see deeper meaning in suffering.
Here’s the part most people miss:
Awe isn’t just a “nice feeling.”
It’s medicine for the mind.
It’s proof you’re living in connection, not in isolation.
Ask yourself:
When was the last time you felt deeply connected to everything around you?
2 Ways to Start Living in Oneness:
Pause for micro-awe.
Once a day, stop and notice something tiny but beautiful, the way sunlight hits a tree, the sound of a laugh, the smell of rain.
See pain as depth, not punishment.
Ask: What is this teaching me about love, humility, or connection?
When you live in oneness, life doesn’t just feel better.
It feels woven together.
Like every person, every joy, every pain—was always part of you.
What’s one small thing you could do today to feel more connected to the universe?
"Oneness isn't just a spiritual belief. It's an emotional state that rewires how you experience everything."
Explore the NextSelf Blog. Start with this post explaining the world of souls. And my Youtube. Content is published to this facebook first and a few days later, to the blog.
The blog lists all the difference patterns to study, understanding patterns is how one can develop 'Daas' [felt knowing].
Update: As awe, trust, and love deepen, they can allow greater openness and intimacy with the Creator. That intimacy can include sadness when you notice how much more of His goodness can be revealed.
