Here’s something surprising:
You’re never actually alone. Scientists say dark matter makes up most of the universe, but we can’t see it at all. Your life works the same way. You might feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or like you can’t clearly express your true feelings.
Why?
Because, like dark matter, the support and kindness in your life often stays hidden. G-d creates everything from nothing and hides Himself so well that the world feels separate, even though it’s always connected to Him.
Here’s how to uncover it:
1. Pause during stress.
Take a slow inhale/exhale and say,
“Even though I can’t see it, I am supported right now.”
2. Set boundaries clearly, either with yourself or others, by saying,
“I value connection and kindness. This boundary helps me stay clear and calm.”
Why does this help?
Clear boundaries reveal hidden kindness. They let connection flow safely and openly.
Remember this:
You don’t need to see support clearly to know it’s there. You’re always connected. You’re always supported. Trust the process.
