That voice right there? That’s the real practice.
Do you say:
“I’m terrible. I ruined everything.”
Or:
“Okay. That was a pattern. Let’s understand it.”
Your trauma pattern is not just what you do. It’s how you relate to yourself afterward. That’s where healing begins. Because awareness isn’t just noticing the trigger. It’s noticing the tone. And choosing a different one.
