Listen to this articleReady

Ever wonder why comfort zones never feel comfortable?

You’re not confused—you’re just full of unused energy.

Here’s a simple truth nobody talks about:

Why does this even matter to you?

When you feel overwhelmed or can’t speak your truth, it’s because you’re using your energy the wrong way—like trying to charge your phone with the wrong cable.

Here’s how you fix it:

4. Instead of freezing, pause intentionally to regain clarity and strength.

Here’s the powerful truth you can use immediately:

Your overwhelm isn’t a barrier—it’s your unused power.

Try it today.

Feel how your confidence in setting boundaries clearly and kindly grows.
