It might be because you’re forgetting you’re already connected to your power source.
Think about sunlight:
1. On Earth, sunlight feels strong and separate.
2. But inside the sun, the rays aren’t separate—they’re part of something bigger.
Why does this matter?
If you feel worried about saying “no” or setting limits, you might have forgotten your true connection.
You’re never alone—you’re always connected to something bigger: Divine energy.
Next time setting a boundary feels hard, say this to yourself:
1. “I’m not pushing away—I’m making my connection clear.”
Try this simple sentence to set boundaries without hurting your relationships:
2. “I care a lot about our relationship. This boundary helps me be my best.”
Remember this:
Setting clear boundaries doesn’t break your connection—it makes your connection stronger by helping you be your true self.

The blog lists all the difference patterns to study, understanding patterns is how one can develop 'Daas' [felt knowing].
Update: As awe, trust, and love deepen, they can allow greater openness and intimacy with the Creator. That intimacy can include sadness when you notice how much more of His goodness can be revealed.
