Instead, He created a world where humanity slowly becomes trustworthy enough to receive more of it.
As we grow in humility, curiosity, compassion, responsibility, and healthy boundaries, we become more capable of valuing His instructions and living by them.
His instructions are the boundaries that develop the emotional skills needed for deeper intimacy with Him when they are practiced with the intention of growing in awe and love of the Creator.
That is why the Creator reveals more of His goodness as humanity grows in trustworthiness.

A relationship with the Creator begins when a person feels healthy awe.
Awe begins with realizing:
“The Infinite Creator is here.”
The fear comes from recognizing that our choices truly matter before Him.
The wonder comes from realizing that the Infinite Creator desires a relationship with humanity and receives pleasure from our freely chosen goodness.
Healthy awe then awakens love.
Love says, “If He is truly here, I want to be closer.”
That love contains sadness because His goodness is not yet as revealed in us or in the world as it could be.
It also contains joy because deeper closeness is possible.
The deeper the awe, the more deeply love can grow.

Creation and the Creator are opposites.
The Creator is infinite, while creation is limited.
The Creator gives life, while creation receives it.
Opposites can unite when there is enough awareness to understand the differences and enough compassion to appreciate them.
As humanity develops these emotional skills, the distance between creation and the Creator no longer has to feel threatening.
The differences can eventually be experienced with warmth and even humor, because they are no longer signs that the relationship is impossible.
They become part of what makes the relationship meaningful.

The Creator designed reality this way because it is best for human nature.
The more a relationship is built through free choice, the deeper the pleasure that can be experienced within it.
A relationship built gradually through emotional growth, responsibility, and trust allows humanity to one day receive His goodness through pleasure instead of shame.
Instead of feeling like passive recipients, we can experience the relationship as something we chose and helped build together with Him.

The goal is not simply to know about the Creator.
It is to become the kind of person who can receive more of His goodness, experience deeper awe and love, and grow into ever-deeper intimacy with Him.
And life becomes an ongoing conversation with the Creator.
Every choice becomes a response to His goodness, His boundaries, and the relationship He is inviting us to build with Him.
