Why Chasing Stuff Always Leaves You Empty

Listen to this articleReady

Ever chased money, approval, or popularity—only to feel totally empty once you got it?

Here’s the uncomfortable truth:

Material stuff is junk food for your soul. It never fills you up. You’re always left wanting more. Why? Because you’re more than a body needing things.

You’re a soul needing meaning, kindness (and self kindness), and connection.

Here’s how you feed your soul:

Pause and ask:

“Am I feeding my fear—or my soul?”

Fear says chase more money, status, or likes.

Your soul craves meaning, kindness, and genuine connection. When you choose kindness and connection, something amazing happens:

You start feeling awe and yearning and love. Because real meaning doesn’t come from having stuff.

It comes from giving kindness and connecting deeply.

Try it today.  Pause, breathe, and do something genuinely kind for yourself or someone else.

Your soul will thank you.

Repeat this:”Stuff leaves me empty. Kindness fills me with awe and love.”

Have you experienced this feeling? Tell me below—I’m listening.

The blog lists all the difference patterns to study, understanding patterns is how one can develop 'Daas' [felt knowing].
Update: As awe, trust, and love deepen, they can allow greater openness and intimacy with the Creator. That intimacy can include sadness when you notice how much more of His goodness can be revealed.
