Because repair gives us a deeper knowledge of Him.
Here’s how :
1. Without ego
If we only received light (revealed kindness),
we’d know G-d like a child knows a parent,
beautiful, but shallow.
2. With ego
Ego creates distance, mistakes, even evil.
But when ego is repaired,
our knowledge of G-d is chosen, earned, real.
3. The end result
In the World to Come,
we won’t just live in Divine light (revealed kindness).
We’ll know G-d more deeply
than if there had never been ego at all.
