Through work, we:
1. cooperate with others
2. contribute something real
3. express care, skill, and responsibility
4. feel needed and useful
That’s why meaningful work gives dignity, not just income.
Money changes the pressure, not the purpose.
When you need money, work is partly about survival.
When you don’t need money, you gain choice.
That freedom lets you choose work that is:
1. more creative
2. more relational
3. more aligned with your values
4. more about contribution than survival
The work itself doesn’t lose value. It often gains depth.
Work isn’t just about earning money.
It’s one of the main ways humans build relationship.
