(Seriously!)
Here’s the super-simple breakdown from yesterdays Tanya:
There are many spiritual “worlds” (emotional states):
Angels have theirs. Holy people have theirs. You have yours—right here, right now, in your body.
When you do a mitzvah (good deed), the feelings you put into it—your joy, passion, and intention—literally shape its spiritual power.
More heart = more powerful spiritual effect on your physical self.
Your body feels it. Your life changes.
“How much heart you put in determines how deeply your soul lights up your world”
Explore the NextSelf Blog. Start with this post explaining the world of souls. And my Youtube. Content is published to this facebook first and a few days later, to the blog.
The blog lists all the difference patterns to study, understanding patterns is how one can develop 'Daas' [felt knowing].
Update: As awe, trust, and love deepen, they can allow greater openness and intimacy with the Creator. That intimacy can include sadness when you notice how much more of His goodness can be revealed.
