It’s that you’ve forgotten how to feel awe.

How can you train yourself to feel awe?

I didn’t need:

• Complex spiritual theories
• Years of deep study
• Perfect understanding of everything

I needed:

• Simple clarity on how small I am
• To notice the incredible universe
• To realize I’m standing next to greatness

This week, I’m training myself:

Notice everyday miracles. Realise they’re created from nothing

Feel the presence of greatness (G-d). Let go of feeling small—instead, feel awe. Act with humility and gratitude.

Do you need rituals or gurus to feel awe?

No complicated rituals.

No gurus.

No pressure.

Questions people ask

Is fear really the problem?

Fear may feel like the problem, but it is not the real one. The real problem is that you have forgotten how to feel awe. The good news is that you can train yourself to feel it, with no pressure. It is just you, your perception, and a simple mindset shift. Awe changes everything.

What do I really need to feel awe?

You do not need complex spiritual theories, years of deep study, or perfect understanding of everything to feel awe. Instead, what you need is simple: clarity on how small you are, noticing the incredible universe, and realizing you are standing next to greatness.

What is the first step to feeling awe again?

Start by noticing everyday miracles. Then realize that they are created from nothing. This kind of noticing is the skill of awareness. It comes first in the training, and feeling the presence of greatness (G-d) comes right after it. You can try it this week.

How are awe, humility, and gratitude connected?

They are part of the same training. You feel the presence of greatness (G-d). You let go of feeling small and feel awe instead. You act with humility and gratitude. So awe is what you feel, and humility and gratitude are how you act.
