Consider parents when they're close and intimate, they feel deep joy and pleasure.
Through this joy, a child is created.
Every little smile, every tiny movement from their child brings parents happiness.
Even simple things their baby does feel amazing and special.
That's a metaphor for how The Creator feels about you,all the time.
In Kabbalah, we learn something surprising:
The Creator didn't just make people once and then step away.
He chooses to create us again and again, every single second.
Why does He do this?
Because every moment of your life matters to Him.
Just like parents feel joy watching their child grow, The Creator feels joy creating you over and over.
Even when you struggle or make mistakes, The Creator doesn't stop feeling joy.
Those tough moments are important, they help you grow and learn to connect.
Here’s how you can use this:
1. Remember: You're always important to The Creator.
He chooses you every single moment.
2. Feel calm:
You're never alone.
The Creator is right there, quietly waiting for you to talk to Him.
Next time you feel lonely or unsure, just say:
"Right now, The Creator is choosing me again, and He loves doing it."
"G-d recreates you every moment because He can't imagine the world without you."

The blog lists all the difference patterns to study, understanding patterns is how one can develop 'Daas' [felt knowing].
Update: As awe, trust, and love deepen, they can allow greater openness and intimacy with the Creator. That intimacy can include sadness when you notice how much more of His goodness can be revealed.
