I used to feel that way too, especially about myself.
But then I discovered something simple:
You can fix your relationships (even with yourself!) with 4 easy steps.
I call it "The Relationship Reset."
Think of it like cleaning your messy room, except it's for your feelings.
Here's how easy it is:
1. Be Kind (Compassion)
Just understand that everyone messes up.
Think: "What feelings am I ignoring?"
2. Face the Truth (Acceptance)
Don't run from what's real.
Think: "What am I pretending isn't happening?"
3. Set Your Limits (Boundaries)
It's okay to say "no" or "stop."
Think: "What boundary/rules would make me feel better right now?"
4. Let Go (Forgiveness)
Holding onto anger is exhausting.
Think: "What can I let go of today?"
The easy way to remember:
"Be kind. Face truth. Set limits. Let go."
Doing this changed everything for me.
Give it a try, you'll feel better today!
"Your relationships won't fix themselves."

The blog lists all the difference patterns to study, understanding patterns is how one can develop 'Daas' [felt knowing].
Update: As awe, trust, and love deepen, they can allow greater openness and intimacy with the Creator. That intimacy can include sadness when you notice how much more of His goodness can be revealed.
