That means no experience, emotion, or idea can fully contain Him.
So how can human beings have a relationship with Someone who is beyond every description?
By relating to what He continually gives.
__________
A child does not build a close relationship with a parent by understanding the parent's entire mind.
The child grows closer by experiencing thousands of moments of care, guidance, conversation, and joy.
The same is true with the Creator.
We notice the wisdom in creation, the gift of life, the meaning in our choices, the goodness we receive, and the opportunities to reveal more goodness.
__________
Over time, those moments build trust.
Trust deepens awe.
Awe deepens love.
Life becomes an ongoing conversation with the Creator.
__________
If a child rarely experiences joy, safety, or genuine connection with a parent, distance naturally develops.
The parent may still love the child, but the relationship is difficult for the child to feel.
In a similar way, if we believe the Creator is cruel, arbitrary, or uninterested in our good, or if our adaptive trauma patterns keep us in survival mode like people pleasing, we may emotionally distance ourselves from Him even while believing He exists.
__________
The Creator is infinitely beyond creation.
Yet He continually gives us opportunities to know Him more deeply through the relationship He invites us to build, one moment of goodness at a time.
"The Infinite Creator cannot fit inside creation, yet every moment of creation depends completely on Him."
