Ever say "yes" when your brain screams "NO WAY!"

STOP being nice! (Here's why.)

Ever say "yes" when your brain screams "NO WAY!"?

That's called people-pleasing,it's fake kindness, and it's slowly driving you crazy.

Here's the simple test to spot if you're guilty:

You do something "nice," secretly hoping they'll owe you later (a favor, respect, likes, or anything else).

You feel upset, sad, or angry if they don't pay you back.

Deep inside, you're exhausted pretending everything’s fine.

Here's the deal:

Fake kindness = secret contract.

Real kindness = zero expectations.

How to fix it right now:

Option A: Say "No, sorry!" clearly. (It feels amazing!)

Option B: If you do the favor anyway, tell them: "Sure, but just this once, as a favor."

(Instant honesty = instant relief.)

Easy rule to remember:

"Kindness doesn't keep score."

You're not a vending machine, stop trading favors for friendship.

The blog lists all the difference patterns to study, understanding patterns is how one can develop 'Daas' [felt knowing].
Update: As awe, trust, and love deepen, they can allow greater openness and intimacy with the Creator. That intimacy can include sadness when you notice how much more of His goodness can be revealed.
