Shame tells a person to hide from the Creator

, from others, and from themselves.

But the soul is always pure, and the soul does not want distance.

The soul wants relationship, repair, and the courage to stay present.

It adds something deeper to the personality: the ability to be giving in a healthy way, not from fear, not from people-pleasing, and not from trying to disappear, but from connection, honesty, and self-respect.

“When a shame fantasy comes up, remind yourself again and again: “I do not want to disappear I want relationship.”
